Platform 13 Soulstice Immersion cancellation policy:
We appreciate your commitment, not only to the experience, but also to yourself, but we do understand that life can shift. Please review this cancellation policy. By booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of our cancellation policy.
More than 60 days before arrival: Your payment is fully refundable, or may be transferred to a future Soulstice gathering at your request.
Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival: 50% of the total retreat cost is refundable to you, or transferrable if the space can be filled.
Less than 30 days before arrival: Payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations for health reasons: Please refer to your travel insurance (if any) for guidelines on your refund policy.
If the Immersion is cancelled by Platform 13 for any reason, your payment will be returned in full, no less than 30 days.
