 Soulstice Experience

Q: How would you describe the overall transformation women experience during the 10-day immersion?"

A: Most women arrive carrying a version of themselves shaped largely by roles, responsibilities, and other people's expectations. What shifts at Soulstice is the relationship they have with themselves. They begin to hear their own voice again, not the one that answers to everyone else, but the deeper one that knows what is true for them and what matters now.

Women often leave feeling lighter. Not because their lives have changed, but because their relationship to their lives has.

Some arrive expecting insight and leave with something they didn't know they were missing, a quiet sense of wholeness. Of being, perhaps for the first time in a long time, fully on their own side.

Soulstice doesn't hand you a new life, it gives you the space for a deeper reconnection to yourself, greater clarity about what comes next, and more agency to shape the next phase of your life on your own terms.

Soulstice Schedules

Q: Are sessions more structured or do they flow based on the group?

A: Soulstice follows a thoughtfully designed path, a sequence of experiences, conversations, and practices that builds intentionally over the 10 days. That architecture exists for a reason: each stage prepares you for the next. And yet, no two women walk that path the same way. What lands most deeply, what shifts something, what stays with you, that will be entirely your own. Some moments will stop one woman in her tracks and wash gently over another. That's not a flaw in the design. It's the point.

Throughout the immersion, our coaches stay closely attuned, to the group as a whole and to each woman within it. They check in, they listen, and where needed, they adapt. If something unexpected surfaces, or if the group needs more time with a particular theme, the program can flex to meet that. The path is set; how we walk it together remains responsive.

Within the rhythm of each day, free time is woven in, space to rest, to wander, to sit with what's arising. For those who want to go further, private 1:1 sessions with one of the coaches are available on request during this time.

The path is shared. The journey is yours.

Soulstice Vulnerability

Q: “Is sharing personal experiences encouraged or completely optional?"
A: Both - and that's intentional.

Sharing is always invited, never required. "Pass" is a complete sentence here, and it's always respected. Conversations unfold as open dialogues rather than rounds of forced disclosure. The floor is open and each woman follows her own sense of what feels right.

Even when someone feels moved to share, there are many levels at which to do so. Our coaches are experienced facilitators who know how to hold space for that range, gently helping each woman find her own edge between stretching and safety.

In fact, learning to hear that inner signal, to sense what you need and speak it, is one of the core practices woven through the immersion. Soulstice offers a rare chance to practise that skill in a space where nothing is wrong and no one is too much.

The coaches hold both the individual and the group with care. You will never be pushed. And you may surprise yourself...

Soulstice Questions - Answered.

Soulstice Safety

Q: “How do you create a space that feels safe for women with different comfort levels?"
A: Safety doesn't begin on arrival day. It begins the moment you register.

Before the immersion starts, each woman meets privately with one of our coaches in a one-on-one conversation to share what she's hoping for, what she's nervous about, and what she most wants to take away. You arrive already known.

Once together, we don't rush. The first few days are simply about settling in, getting comfortable, and finding our footing with one another. When the time feels right, we build the container as a group, collectively agreeing on how we want to show up, what support looks like for each of us, and what we need to feel held. Every woman has a voice in shaping that space.

Our philosophy is simple: everything belongs. No one is made to feel wrong for what they carry, how they move, or how long it takes to open.

We co-create this safety and we make sure it holds.

 Soulstice Alignment

Q: "How does your work aligned with the teachings of Dr. Brené Brown show up in this setting?"
A: Terri and Sanela, our Soulstice coaches, were trained directly by Dr. Brené Brown, and her research runs through everything they do  not as a curriculum to deliver, but as a lens through which the whole immersion is shaped.

Brené's work identifies four skills at the heart of a courageous life: living your core values, embracing vulnerability, braving trust, and building resilience.

These aren't abstract concepts at Soulstice, they become personal, woven into conversation, reflection, and experience across the two weeks.

Each woman leaves with what we call a Courage Compass: her own map of where she stands with these four skills, what she's learned about herself, and what she wants to carry forward.

It's less about mastering a framework and more about recognizing yourself within one.

Soulstice To Go

Q: “How do you help women integrate what they learn after the retreat
A: Ten days together tends to create something that doesn't easily end when the immersion does. The bonds formed at Soulstice will be real and most women will choose to keep them. Participants often self-organise into ongoing connection, whether as a full group or in smaller circles, carrying the conversations and support into everyday life long after they've returned home.

For those who want to go deeper, our coaches are available for private 1:1 coaching beyond the immersion. These are individual arrangements made directly with the coaches and are separate from the immersion fee as a way to keep the momentum alive and continue the work at your own pace.

The seeds planted in France can keep growing and unfolding long after the immersion ends, and you’ll begin to see more clearly what you want to keep nurturing, with our support if and when you want it.

Soulstice Movement & Meditation

Q: Are movement and yoga sessions suitable for all levels? - All sessions are suitable for all levels. We love beginners- we are all on the journey together.

Q: What does a typical session look like?  - Morning sessions will start with gentle breathing exercises, which in Yoga we call "Prana" - combined with gentle meditation, this provides and ideal opportunity to call in our daily intention. Breathing keeps us grounded, rooted both in our environment and ourselves.

We ease the neck and shoulders, moving on to lower body somatic work, gentle stretches allowing our bodies and hearts to open.

We close each day with meditation, gently focused on deeper relaxation.

Q: Is the focus more restorative/gentle or "active"?  - Focus is always gentle, mindful and restorative.

Q: Are modifications offered for differing physical abilities?  - All our bodies are different and alternative postures are suggested to hold you in the space of feeling good. I work to support you through creating safe spaces so you can feel the benefits of your personal practice, and not anyone else's.

Q:  What benefits do women typically experience over the ten days?  - Deeper relaxation, better sleep and general wellbeing. Gentle movement lowers cortisol levels, improves heart health and digestion, focus and flexibility.

You are going to feel amazing !
