Soulstice Immersion - 2026
September 26th-October 10th
We will be welcoming our first Soulstice Immersion guests in less than 8 months from now and consequently, we are delighted to announce that we have officially opened reservations, for women who feel called to participate in this beautifully life-shaping experience.
The two-week journey will unfold in the peaceful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne department of France, near the village of Lauzun. It is a lovely corner of Southwest France that feels purpose-built for both awakening and rest. With availability for just 16 resident attendees, this inaugural gathering promises to be serene, spacious, and deeply restorative. This not an immersive experience that celebrates constant busy-ness and group study, or exhaustive sharing. Time and space to reflect or journal in privacy and quiet solitude is also a central tenet of the renewal.
Each day unfolds with intention. Mornings begin in elective breathwork practice and movement with "body-mind-spirit" mediator Deborah Moxhay; afternoons open into exploration, quiet reflection,, or guided workshops; and evenings tether our day in gratitude, around the community and food at the "Long Table". Our executive Chef Lucy Simper, curates and prepares seasonal menus that celebrate local produce and mindful nourishment — meals that restore energy and delight the senses.
Guided by a quiet syllabus of daily themes, every Immersion becomes a living curriculum in presence, curiosity, and reconnection. It is a rare chance to slow down, be fully supported, and experience what it feels like to be truly cared for — in every sense. And this time, in a place that already carries the calm, beauty, and magic of a new beginning. Click the button below to see how you can gift yourself a life-affirming experience with us.

Let the Journey Unfold - Soulstice Immersion
Each day of the Immersion carries its own rhythm and focus. Mornings open in circle or movement, grounding guests in reflection before the work begins. Afternoons invite deeper engagement — creative practices, dialogue sessions, or guided explorations across the estate that spark both vulnerability and discovery. Evenings return to the fire, the long table, or candlelit salons, where music, story, and shared meals strengthen bonds of trust and belonging. This is not a retreat of leisure but a practice of presence. The work is layered: uncovering the stories that limit us, testing new ways of being, and finding courage in community. The estate itself becomes a companion — gardens, kitchens, stables, and orchards turning into classrooms of their own. Guests leave not only restored but transformed: carrying forward clarity, confidence, and renewed alignment with the life they most long to live. Our Full immersion itinerary is available with expressions of interest.
