Set on a rolling 180 hectares of bocage and waterways in Mayenne, just 90 minutes from Paris, lies the historic estate of "BLANC BLANC BLANC". Our host for Soulstice 2026. It is certainly more than just a venue. It is a living, breathing testimony to transformation - of ancient place and industrious people.

With more than 250 years of history, this site was once at the heart of linen blanching a physical, tactile process of washing, bleaching and preparing noble textiles for the Royal households of Europe, that symbolised both cleansing and renewal.

Today, its beautifully restored buildings the Teinturier (colour atelier) the Magasin (linen store), the Logis du Commis (clerks quarters) and the heart of the site, La Manufacture du Blanc (The "whiteness workshop") - all breathe new life into ancient craft spaces, inviting visitors to engage in experimentation, creative community and mutual exchange.

La Manufacture du Blanc, originally a living workshop beneath ancient timbered ceilings, now hosts artisans alongside seminars, apprentices, locals and visitors from afar. It’s deliberately polyvalent - a place of learning, making, curiosity and shared craftsmanship where traditional know-how meets the courageous, contemporary purpose of our Soulstice experience.

Surrounded by cultivated gardens, flowered fields used by resident dye-makers, vegetable plots that nourish the kitchen, and the healing nature of untouched woods, wild ponds, rivers and meadows, the estate is both a sanctuary and a workshop. Its scale and rhythm invite awareness: the body softens, the mind slows, creativity appears.

This philosophy resonates deeply with the intention behind Soulstice Immersions.

Soulstice is about approaching life with presence rather than performance, about reclaiming our "enoughness" instead of chasing fulfilment - an inner cleansing that mirrors the external cleansing once done on this very land. The site’s history of washing, preparing and renewing fabric becomes a meaningful metaphor for the inner processes with which our guests are invited to gently engage. Letting go, opening up, and being re-inscribed with purpose and clarity.

Here, renewal isn’t just symbolic - it’s embodied in the architecture, the lyric of the land, and the rhythm of experience.

BLANC BLANC BLANC is not simply a beautiful place to gather. It is a place of transformation - where past and present converge, where craft meets curiosity, and where every experience feels like a gentle return to the essential: to be washed by time, reawakened by community, and renewed by intention.
