Platform 13 is so delighted to introduce our wonderful coaches and Immersion facilitators to our first Soulstice Experience, beginning on Spetember 26th 2026. A two week residential retreat, led by women and designed for women. Guests do not need to arrive with anything other than an open heart and a willingness to meet themselves where they are. No prior experience is required — just curiosity, courage, and the desire to pause. Everything else is held for you: expert guidance, nourishing meals, restorative surroundings, and a supportive circle of women.

Terri Creeden:

"In my office hangs a white belt. I have never studied the martial arts, but I did earn this belt.  It was bestowed on me, along with a certificate, when I completed my training as a coach. In the martial arts world, the white belt marks a beginner. As the student practices on the mat day after day, the white belt becomes covered in sweat and dirt. Eventually, the belt turns black, a reflection of the student’s dedication to their practice. The practice itself is the goal; mastery of the art is not. Mastery is simply a by-product of the practice.  At the end of life, a true master wishes to be buried wearing the white belt, to indicate that even beyond this life, they will continue to learn.

The white belt changed my perspective on how I live my life and work with my clients.  Private individuals and business leaders come to me looking to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives, which are usually realized through simple shifts in habitual behaviors. I believe that behavior change is a result of continuous practice, not a single action. It is a commitment we make each day to show up in our lives and in our leadership as the person we want to be.

It is a choice.

Behavior change requires a beginner’s mind, a commitment to practice and a willingness to get it wrong and try again. It's not always easy, but it is rewarding."

Sanela Lukanvic:

"Hi, I'm Sanela. My blend of strategic clarity and somatic depth draws on over 15 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership transformation and business strategy. I am so pleased to be part of the first ever Soulstice Immersion, where women can connect and gently focus on areas around personal growth and "letting go".

Personal growth isn’t just about adding new skills or achievements -it also requires letting go.

Of beliefs. Of patterns. Of relationships that no longer serve us.

But here’s the catch: letting go can feel like a loss before it becomes a gain.

Let’s explore why letting go is essential, how it feels, and practical ways to embrace it as a natural process of personal growth.

The Turning Point: When Holding On Hurts More Than Letting Go.

There comes a moment when the weight of what you’re holding onto becomes unbearable.

For one person I worked with, it felt like grief - a profound sadness for what had been and what could no longer be. They described finally releasing old beliefs about who they should be and the expectations they thought they had to meet.

It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary.

Letting go of the old creates room for the new. But before that transformation, there’s often discomfort. That’s the nature of growth - it asks us to step out of our comfort zone and to leave behind the familiar that no longer fits.

How Holding On Holds You Back

We often resist letting go because it feels like failure.

  • "If I change direction, will people think I’m unreliable?”

  • “If I stop doing this, won’t I be giving up?”

  • “I don't want to let others down?”

But clinging to outdated beliefs or commitments keeps you stuck.

You end up living a life - or running a business - that no longer reflects who you are. Your choices can become about pleasing others instead of aligning with your true self.

And the cost? Your energy, your joy, and your authenticity.

The Process of Letting Go: What It Can Look Like

Growth requires shedding the old to make room for the new.

Here are some examples of what letting go might look like:

  • Releasing a career that no longer fulfils you and finding a new adventure.

  • Letting go of "ultra independence" to witness a surge in creativity, collaboration, and results you couldn’t have achieved alone

  • Moving on from relationships that no longer align with your values to create space for meaningful connections.

Every time you release something that no longer serves you, you create space for something better.

The breadth of my credentials and coaching clients informs a singular perspective on leadership challenges in complex, high-stakes environments.
